Features
Radics platform has two parts - an offline-ready, mobile+desktop web-application, and an AI-enabled chat solution
Mobile + Desktop
Radics App is an ultra light-weight progressive web application that works offline, and covers a wide range of school processes including, but not limited to online assessments, tracking drop outs, conducting school audits, and supporting teacher professional development via classroom observations.
Additionally, Radics App provides a way for members of school committees to raise grievances and requests regarding school improvement. Radics App helps fulfil these requests in a timely and reliable manner by routing them to appropriate administrators or sharing them with local NGOs, Donors and Social Enterprises.
Radics App follows a minimalist, human centred design approach to ensure adoption across a wide spectrum of stakeholders such as Teachers, School Leaders, Parents, Students, Teacher Coaches, Govt. Officials, and NGOs, especially those not comfortable using software applications.
Multi-lingual AI-Chat
Radics also has an AI-enabled chat service that makes various features of the core platform accessible via popular chat platforms. We currently support WhatsApp and Telegram, but are actively updating the chat service to be accessible via more chat platforms (SMS, Slack, Facebook etc.)
Radics chat service acts as a two-way communication medium between last mile stakeholders such as parents, students and teachers, and various providers in a school network such as NGOs who have quality teacher training content, and Administrators who want to broadcast important information. Providers can leverage the powerful mass, but targeted communication capabilities of the Radics chat service to reach tens of thousands of stakeholders in a single click, while drawing useful feedback from the stakeholders in return.
